We inform you that a notification has been received from the initiator of the Smila Industrial Park, the Smila City Council, regarding the acquisition by the limited liability company “FAIPAI”

of the status of the managing company of the Smila Industrial Park, located in the city of Smila, Cherkasy District, Cherkasy Region. 

The agreement on the establishment and operation of the Smila Industrial Park was concluded between the Smila City Council and the limited liability company “FAIPAI” on May 2, 2025.
