In 2025, ECA doubled insured export volume – UAH 6.5 billion for January-May

Over the first five months of this year, the Ukrainian Export Credit Agency (ECA) insured foreign economic contracts of Ukrainian companies for nearly UAH 6.5 billion.

The leading regions by the volume of insured future revenue were:

  • Lviv region: UAH 2.4 billion
  • Khmelnytskyi region: UAH 1.3 billion
  • Volyn region: UAH 1.1 billion

Ukrainian companies primarily exported timber and timber products, furniture, and food products. Contracts were most frequently insured for deliveries to Poland, the Netherlands, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Estonia.

Among partner banks that provided the most financing under ECA programs were: Creditwest Bank – UAH 120 million; Oschadbank – UAH 116.5 million; Ukrgasbank – UAH 114 million.

Raiffeisen Bank also stood out for the volume of supported exports.
