The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (CMU) has made changes to the Procedure for approving minimum allowable export prices for certain types of goods.
The list of supply conditions that determine the minimum allowable export prices has been added for goods such as honey, soybeans and rapeseed, wheat, corn, sunflower oil, and barley.
When calculating the minimum allowable export prices for certain types of goods, the prices of the previous month for goods declared on the basis of forward contracts, as well as the prices of the previous month for goods under the relevant Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity (UKTZED) codes, specifically operations involving the export of seeds beyond the customs territory of Ukraine in the customs export regime, are not taken into account. The minimum allowable export price for a specific type of good cannot be lower than the minimum price for that type of good under the same supply conditions as in the previous month.
