In December, demand prices on the export market of Ukraine for food wheat underwent only minor increasing changes.

Demand for this crop was moderate with occasional situational intensification, along with this, flour milling enterprises showed greater interest in wheat, especially for wheat with high quality indicators they were ready to give higher prices. This situation put pressure on the purchase prices of exporters. At the same time, prices were supported by restrained supply from agricultural producers. Thus, in the ports of Greater Odesa during the reporting period, purchase prices for food wheat increased by an average of 2 USD/t and as of December 31, 2024 are announced within the range of 207-214 USD/t CPT-port. At the same time, in the Danube ports, the increase in demand prices was 1-2 USD/t and is recorded in the range of 208-215 USD/t CPT-port compared to the beginning of the current month.

From its side UAH demand prices (CPT-port basis) against the background of the currency factor increased by 350-500 UAH/t and are mainly announced in the range of 9900-10300 UAH/t.
