From January to April 2025, Ukraine exported 4,958 tons of butter valued at $35.7 million. For the entire previous year, exports reached 7,178 tons worth nearly $49 million. The primary market is the EU, which accounted for 58% of Ukrainian butter exports.

This year, Ukraine is projected to export approximately 13,000 tons of butter, an 83% increase compared to last year.

The top 10 exporters account for nearly 78% of total butter exports.

The largest exporter is “Terra Food” with a 13% share, followed by “Roshen” and “Ruzhyn-Moloko”, each with a 10% share, and “Molokiya” in third place with a 9% share.
