From January to April 2025, Ukraine’s goods exports reached $13.31 billion, representing 93.1% of the corresponding figure from the previous year, a 6.9% year-on-year decline.
The trade balance recorded a negative saldo of $11.51 billion. The export-to-import coverage ratio was 0.54, down from 0.65 for January–April 2024.
Ukraine conducted foreign trade operations with partners from 217 countries worldwide.
During the reporting period, Ukraine most actively increased exports of pharmaceutical products by 27.2% compared to January–April of the previous year, wood and pulp materials by 20.9%, and live animals and animal products by 20.8%.
However, grain exports decreased by 24.2% compared to January–April 2024, reaching $2.77 billion.
