From January to May 2025, Ukraine exported 244.48 thousand tons of sugar valued at $124.98 million, according to State Customs Service data.

In January-May 2024, sugar exports reached 424.76 thousand tons valued at $256.23 million.

In 2023, 98% of Ukrainian sugar exports went to EU countries, dropping to 40% in 2024.
