Since the beginning of the year, imports of used passenger cars have steadily increased: 14.5 thousand in January, 17.7 thousand in February, 20 thousand in March, 21.2 thousand in April, and 22.5 thousand in May.

Among the models, the Volkswagen Golf leads, boosted by its electric version, the e-Golf. The Skoda Octavia ranks second, followed by the Volkswagen Tiguan in third, which until recently faced strong competition from the Audi Q5, though now this crossover competes more with the electric Tesla Model Y.

The average age of cars added to Ukraine’s vehicle fleet in May was 9.6 years, similar to the previous month.
